How it works

No capital outlay. A reduced rate. A greener business.

Under the No-Outlay Solar model, UtiliTrak funds the panels, installation and ongoing maintenance. Rather than finding the capital yourself, you agree a longer-term contract and simply pay a reduced rate for the electricity generated on your own roof.

That reduced rate is typically around 16p/kWh, against a typical grid rate of about 28p — cutting the cost of that portion of your energy by roughly a third, with none of the upfront cost or maintenance headache of owning a system outright.

  • Zero capital outlay — the panels, install and maintenance are funded.
  • A lower, more predictable rate for the power you generate on site.
  • Maintenance handled — nothing for you to manage or repair.
  • Real progress on carbon — visible movement toward your 2030 targets.

Who it suits

Big roofs, high daytime demand

No-Outlay Solar works best where there’s plenty of roof space and consumption that peaks during daylight hours — so most of what you generate is used on site.

  • Hotels, hospitality and golf clubs
  • Large offices with heavy daytime load
  • Manufacturers and industrial-estate units
  • Any business with a sizeable roof and a 2030 commitment

Prefer to own it outright?

If buying the system suits your balance sheet better, we can arrange a purchase or hire-purchase (HP) route instead — and help you weigh the two so you choose with your eyes open.
